Idime Real Estate Limited is an established Property Management company in the coastal region of Kenya. We offer 26 years of extensive experience in real estate with the head office situated in Mombasa and its branches in Malindi, Voi, Kilifi and Kisauni with 36 staffs, 7 casual workers, 32 independent agents operating more than 2100 properties and with at least 9400 tenants making the company the leading market share of property management in the coastal region. The Company has also expanded and formed other two businesses which are – Idime Sacco Ltd and Idime Enterprises Ltd Store (Ware House).

We also advise our clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters such as the economic condition that affects the property market.

Company Background
Idime Real Estate Limited is a family owned business which started in 1989 by our company directors, Canon. Herbert M. Mwachala and his wife Mrs. Elizabeth Ikala Mwachala. They first started as sale of property office in Kisauni, Mombasa with no registration and after one year they added property management service and named it Kisauni Real Estate Agent and six months later they renamed it Idime Enterprises. The firm then located at Pan African Building in Mombasa Island comprised of only two members of staff. On 15th May, 1996 the firm was incorporated under the Companies Act of the Law of Kenya as Idime Real Estate Limited. Today it has several branches, increased its clientele business and opened other business.
